### Booking Policy:

* All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card

* 24-hour cancellation notice is required

* Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price

* Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a cancellation fee

### Payment Terms:

* We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods

* Prices are subject to change without notice

* Tips cannot be added to credit card charges after services are rendered

* Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase
